Our team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals design these mica band heaters using steel sheath casing which is resistant to corrosion and provides the best combination of physical strength, high emissivity and good thermal conductivity to heat cylindrical parts. They use mica sheet of selected grade and to insulate the windings inside which is made of nickel chrome resistance ribbon. These ribbons are used for the lowest possible internal element temperature, which in turn increases the life of the heater. The heat provided by these heaters are evenly distributed owing to the evenly wound ribbon wire on a specially selected mica strip. The even distribution of heat eliminates hot spotting that can cause premature heater failure. On the nickel chrome resistant ribbon, a low thermal expansion alloy sheath is used for the outer sheath covering the entire width of the band heater.
