Nickel-chrome resistant wire is wound around a magnesium oxide core is inserted into a stainless or incoloy tube locating the resistance wire close to the sheath in the Cartridge Heatersmanufactured by us. Nickel pins contact with the wire at both the ends as they pass through the centre of the core.
Our skilled professionals ensure to assemble these in a very compact manner by a swaging operation which in turn results in excellent heat transmission to the external sheath. Both the ends of our heaters are closed, one with a welded metal end-disc and the opposite end with a lava seal.
