The Ceramic Band Heaters offered by us are acclaimed in the industry for longer service life, high processing temperature capabilities and full flexibility for ease of installation. Our ceramic band heaters have the advantage of minimum heat loss owing to the in-built thermal insulation. In these heaters, nickel chrome resistant wire is strung through high temperature ceramic bricks which are positioned on an insulation blanket of ceramic fiber insulation. These insulation blankets reduce heat losses by approximately 20% in comparison to un-insulated band heaters.
Our heaters are flexible with respect to the ease of installation because ceramic bricks are mounted into a stainless steel casing with serrated edges. Heat is transmitted in the Ceramic Band Heaters both through conduction and radiation. Our product is available with a number of lead wire options, threaded terminals, terminal boxes and European plugs for electrical wiring.
